Regional&nbsp;<strong>ALGARVE 2030<\/strong>&nbsp;tem aberto o&nbsp;<strong>Aviso de Concurso ALGARVE-2024-55 \u2013 Efici\u00eancia Energ\u00e9tica nos Equipamentos Sociais<\/strong>, que mant\u00e9m dispon\u00edvel cerca de&nbsp;<strong>1 milh\u00e3o de euros<\/strong>&nbsp;para apoiar investimentos destinados a aumentar a efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica dos equipamentos sociais da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O aviso \u00e9 dirigido a&nbsp;<strong>Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Particulares de Solidariedade Social (IPSS)<\/strong>&nbsp;e a&nbsp;<strong>entidades p\u00fablicas ou equiparadas propriet\u00e1rias de equipamentos sociais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e2mbito deste aviso, s\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis a\u00e7\u00f5es que visem a efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica nas infraestruturas das habita\u00e7\u00f5es sociais de nomeadamente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Auditorias energ\u00e9ticas e processos de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medidas de efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica identificadas no Programa Regional que tenham em considera\u00e7\u00e3o cada edif\u00edcio e respetivos sistemas no seu conjunto envolvendo:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>melhoria das componentes passivas da envolvente de edif\u00edcios, atrav\u00e9s, por exemplo, do isolamento t\u00e9rmico das paredes, das coberturas, dos pavimentos e\/ou dos envidra\u00e7ados;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>melhoria das componentes ativas de edif\u00edcios, atrav\u00e9s, por exemplo, de sistemas de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o para aquecimento e\/ou arrefecimento e de aquecimento de \u00e1guas sanit\u00e1rias (bombas de calor, sistemas solares t\u00e9rmicos, caldeiras e recuperadores a biomassa, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de janelas e portas ineficientes por outras mais eficientes e sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o natural;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>instala\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o (aquecimento, arrefecimento ou ventila\u00e7\u00e3o) e de sistemas de gest\u00e3o inteligente da energia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interven\u00e7\u00f5es que visem a efici\u00eancia h\u00eddrica e material, incluindo substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos ineficientes por outros mais eficientes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interven\u00e7\u00f5es que promovam a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de biomateriais, de materiais reciclados, de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de base natural e as fachadas e coberturas verdes e as solu\u00e7\u00f5es de arquitetura bioclim\u00e1tica em pr\u00e9dios e edif\u00edcios e suas fra\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>instala\u00e7\u00e3o de pain\u00e9is fotovoltaicos e de outros equipamentos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia renov\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De salientar que as interven\u00e7\u00f5es de efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica&nbsp;<strong>apenas s\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis quando enquadradas num projeto mais amplo cujo objetivo principal seja a melhoria da efici\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O aviso mant\u00e9m-se aberto at\u00e9 \u00e0s&nbsp;<strong>18h00 de 30 de setembro de 2026<\/strong>, pelo que o Programa Regional&nbsp;<strong>ALGARVE 2030 refor\u00e7a o apelo \u00e0s entidades eleg\u00edveis para que aproveitem o financiamento dispon\u00edvel e submetam as suas candidaturas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00e9 ao momento, foram aprovadas&nbsp;<strong>tr\u00eas opera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, nos concelhos de S\u00e3o Br\u00e1s de Alportel, Lagos e Lagoa, num total de&nbsp;<strong>1.004.985 euros de apoio FEDER<\/strong>, permanecendo ainda cerca de 1 milh\u00e3o de euros dispon\u00edveis para novos projetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
