Este \u00e9 o mote lan\u00e7ado pela C\u00e2mara de Loul\u00e9 para dar a conhecer a sua rede de Ref\u00fagios Clim\u00e1ticos, os espa\u00e7os pensados para proporcionar conforto e prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente \u00e0s pessoas mais vulner\u00e1veis, perante as temperaturas elevadas e as ondas de calor<a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os Ref\u00fagios Clim\u00e1ticos identificados em todo o territ\u00f3rio j\u00e1 integram a Rede Nacional de Ref\u00fagios Clim\u00e1ticos, desenvolvida pelo Turismo de Portugal, e correspondem a espa\u00e7os interiores e exteriores de acesso p\u00fablico que oferecem condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas para minimizar os efeitos do calor extremo. Nos espa\u00e7os interiores, os utilizadores encontram ambientes climatizados ou devidamente ventilados. Nos espa\u00e7os exteriores, beneficiam de \u00e1reas com sombra e vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o. Todos os ref\u00fagios disp\u00f5em ainda de acesso a instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias, \u00e1gua e locais onde \u00e9 poss\u00edvel descansar e recuperar do calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta rede do concelho de Loul\u00e9 \u00e9 composta pelos seguintes espa\u00e7os:&nbsp;<strong>Alte<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Polo da Biblioteca no Polo Museol\u00f3gico C\u00e2ndido Guerreiro e Condes de Alte (das 09h00 \u00e0s 17h00, de segunda a sexta-feira) e Parque de Merendas (acesso permanente, todos os dias da semana);&nbsp;<strong>Ameixial<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Junta de Freguesia do Ameixial (das 09h00 \u00e0s 17h00, de segunda a sexta-feira) e Fonte da Seiceira (das 10h30 \u00e0s 21h00, todos os dias da semana);&nbsp;<strong>Benafim<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Parque de Merendas (acesso permanente, todos os dias da semana);&nbsp;<strong>Boliqueime<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Antigas instala\u00e7\u00f5es da Junta de Freguesia de Boliqueime e Sala da Assembleia de Freguesia de Boliqueime (das 09h00 \u00e0s 17h00, de segunda a sexta-feira);&nbsp;<strong>Quarteira<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Audit\u00f3rio do Centro Aut\u00e1rquico de Quarteira (das 09h00 \u00e0s 16h30, segunda a sexta-feira) e Polo de Quarteira da Biblioteca Municipal de Loul\u00e9 (das 10h00 \u00e0s 18h99, de ter\u00e7a-feira a s\u00e1bado);&nbsp;<strong>Queren\u00e7a<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Polo Museol\u00f3gico da \u00c1gua (das 10h00 \u00e0s 18h00, de segunda a sexta-feira) e Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Manuel Viegas Guerreiro (das 9h30 \u00e0s 17h00, de segunda a sexta-feira),&nbsp;<strong>Salir<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Polo da Biblioteca Jos\u00e9 Viegas Greg\u00f3rio (das 09h00 \u00e0s 17h00 de segunda a sexta-feira),&nbsp;<strong>S\u00e3o Clemente<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Biblioteca Municipal de Loul\u00e9 Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen (das 09h30 \u00e0s 19h00, de segunda a sexta-feira) e Parque Municipal de Loul\u00e9 (acesso permanente, todos os dias da semana); e&nbsp;<strong>S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Junta de Freguesia de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o(das 09h00 \u00e0s 17h00, de segunda a sexta-feira); e&nbsp;<strong>T\u00f4r<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Junta de Freguesia da T\u00f4r (das 09h00 \u00e0s 16h00, de segunda a sexta-feira).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante os per\u00edodos de temperaturas extremas, estes espa\u00e7os constituem uma resposta essencial para reduzir os riscos associados ao calor, contribuindo para a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e do bem-estar de todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Autarquia deixa alguns conselhos aos mun\u00edcipes durante as ondas de calor: mantenha-se hidratado, evite a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o solar, d\u00ea especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s crian\u00e7as, idosos, gr\u00e1vidas e pessoas com doen\u00e7as cr\u00f3nicas, sempre que poss\u00edvel, acompanhe familiares, vizinhos ou amigos que possam necessitar de apoio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/refugiosclimaticos.turismodeportugal.pt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/refugiosclimaticos.turismodeportugal.pt<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cProteja-se do calor!
