{"id":63767,"date":"2026-06-23T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T06:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=63767"},"modified":"2026-06-22T14:52:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T13:52:24","slug":"programa-algarve-2030-apoia-com-mais-20-milhoes-de-euros-investimentos-para-reforcar-a-eficiencia-hidrica-e-os-sistemas-municipais-de-abastecimento-e-saneamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2026\/06\/programa-algarve-2030-apoia-com-mais-20-milhoes-de-euros-investimentos-para-reforcar-a-eficiencia-hidrica-e-os-sistemas-municipais-de-abastecimento-e-saneamento\/ambiente\/07\/10\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa ALGARVE 2030 apoia com mais 20 milh\u00f5es de euros investimentos para refor\u00e7ar a efici\u00eancia h\u00eddrica e os sistemas municipais de abastecimento e saneamento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Programa Regional ALGARVE 2030 abriu candidaturas ao aviso&nbsp;<strong>\u201cCiclo Urbano da \u00c1gua em Baixa \u2013 ITI CIM\u201d<\/strong>, disponibilizando&nbsp;<strong>20 milh\u00f5es de euros&nbsp;<\/strong>para apoiar investimentos que reforcem a efici\u00eancia h\u00eddrica, a resili\u00eancia dos sistemas de abastecimento de \u00e1gua e saneamento e a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o da regi\u00e3o aos desafios das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com uma&nbsp;<strong>taxa de cofinanciamento de<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>60%<\/strong>, o aviso apoia&nbsp;<strong>interven\u00e7\u00f5es nas infraestruturas no Ciclo Urbano da \u00c1gua em Baixa na Regi\u00e3o do Algarve<\/strong>&nbsp;que contribuam para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Estrat\u00e9gico para o Abastecimento de \u00c1gua e Gest\u00e3o de \u00c1guas Residuais e Pluviais 2030 (PENSAARP 2030) e para a estrat\u00e9gia nacional \u201c\u00c1gua que nos Une\u201d, contribuindo para uma gest\u00e3o mais sustent\u00e1vel de um recurso que temos de gerir bem e com intelig\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estes 20 milh\u00f5es de euros agora dispon\u00edveis, v\u00eam somar aos 66 milh\u00f5es de euros anteriormente previstos no programa Regional ALGARVE 2030 e j\u00e1 totalmente comprometidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As candidaturas decorrem at\u00e9 dia 3 de fevereiro de 2027 (podendo o aviso ser fechado mais cedo no caso de esgotamento da verba), e destinam-se a munic\u00edpios, setor empresarial local e&nbsp;Empresas concession\u00e1rias municipais, intermunicipais ou multimunicipais, e em regime de parceria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as interven\u00e7\u00f5es eleg\u00edveis destacam-se a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de perdas de \u00e1gua nas redes de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o e reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas de abastecimento e saneamento, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1guas residuais tratadas, a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica dos sistemas, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de origens alternativas de \u00e1gua e a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es que reforcem a capacidade de resposta da regi\u00e3o aos per\u00edodos de seca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O aviso prioriza os investimentos destinados \u00e0 melhoria da qualidade das massas de \u00e1gua, \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da intrus\u00e3o salina nos sistemas costeiros, \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o e renaturaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas de \u00e1guas pluviais e a a\u00e7\u00f5es de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente da \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A gest\u00e3o dos recursos h\u00eddricos constitui um dos maiores desafios estruturais para o Algarve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste contexto, o Programa Regional ALGARVE 2030 apoia uma estrat\u00e9gia integrada atuando simultaneamente do lado da oferta e da procura, contribuindo para reduzir perdas de \u00e1gua, aumentar a efici\u00eancia dos sistemas urbanos, promover a reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1guas residuais tratadas e assegurar a sustentabilidade dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos de abastecimento e saneamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A relev\u00e2ncia destes investimentos \u00e9 evidenciada pelos seguintes indicadores da regi\u00e3o: A \u00e1gua n\u00e3o faturada representa, em m\u00e9dia, 30,2% do volume distribu\u00eddo nas redes p\u00fablicas algarvias, acima da meta nacional de 25%. Paralelamente, subsistem necessidades de refor\u00e7o da cobertura de saneamento em diversos territ\u00f3rios e a reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1guas residuais situa-se ainda em apenas 3,3%, muito
