No entanto, esta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 acompanhada de uma melhoria na perce\u00e7\u00e3o do setor, com uma&nbsp;<strong>queda nas expectativas de crescimento (de 81% para 71%)<\/strong>&nbsp;e uma deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o da confian\u00e7a no contexto econ\u00f3mico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo evidencia ainda que\u00a0<strong>a dimens\u00e3o das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es influencia significativamente a perce\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais<\/strong>. Empresas de maior dimens\u00e3o apresentam n\u00edveis mais elevados de estabilidade, confian\u00e7a e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto as micro e pequenas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es registam maior volatilidade e fragilidade na perce\u00e7\u00e3o do futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro dado relevante prende-se com a an\u00e1lise por segmentos: jovens profissionais, trabalhadores mais qualificados e diferentes regi\u00f5es apresentam melhorias na experi\u00eancia profissional, mas todas partilham uma&nbsp;<strong>redu\u00e7\u00e3o generalizada da confian\u00e7a no setor<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;Esta tend\u00eancia \u00e9 particularmente acentuada nos perfis mais experientes, onde se observa uma quebra na liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 profiss\u00e3o e nas expectativas de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o&nbsp;<strong>KIPT coLab<\/strong>, o principal desafio do setor n\u00e3o est\u00e1 nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es atuais de trabalho, mas sim na&nbsp;<strong>reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da confian\u00e7a no crescimento e na sustentabilidade futura do turismo<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estudo foi desenvolvido no \u00e2mbito do PRR \u2013 Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia, financiado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia, e pretende apoiar a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e estrat\u00e9gias empresariais
