O desafio \u00e9 lan\u00e7ado pela Tivoli Hotels &amp; Resorts que ir\u00e1 iniciar um projeto-piloto de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para atrair novos candidatos e refor\u00e7ar as equipas das v\u00e1rias unidades hoteleiras em Portugal. O HOTEL ACADEMY LAB \u00e9 implementado em parceria com o IEFP, IP \u2013 Instituto do Emprego e Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional, atrav\u00e9s do Centro de Emprego de Loul\u00e9 e do Servi\u00e7o de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional de Faro e ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio a 17 de novembro no Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta iniciativa tem como objetivo atrair a popula\u00e7\u00e3o ativa sem qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es especializadas e capacit\u00e1-la em \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas, nomeadamente Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Bebidas (Cozinha, Pastelaria, Restaurante e Bar) e Alojamento (Rece\u00e7\u00e3o, Limpeza e Lavandaria). Destina-se a pessoas ativas, maiores de 18 anos, nacionais ou estrangeiros, sem forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica em hotelaria e que procuram reorientar as suas carreiras e adquirir compet\u00eancias pr\u00e1ticas para emprego imediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carla Silva, diretora de recursos humanos para Portugal da Minor Hotels destaca:&nbsp;<em>\u201cA dificuldade de recrutamento \u00e9 uma realidade em v\u00e1rios setores e a hotelaria n\u00e3o \u00e9 exce\u00e7\u00e3o. Com esta a\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvida em conjunto com o IEFP,IP, pretendemos dar um novo passo para atrair novos trabalhadores. \u00c9 uma oportunidade para iniciar uma carreira atrav\u00e9s da forma\u00e7\u00e3o em contexto de trabalho, com possibilidade de integra\u00e7\u00e3o nas nossas equipas. \u00c9 uma excelente porta de entrada para integra\u00e7\u00e3o e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional para quem pretende enveredar pelo setor da hotelaria, incluindo os jovens que ingressam no mercado de trabalho e procuram a sua primeira experi\u00eancia profissional, com forma\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio estruturados\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesta primeira fase, pretende-se formar cerca de 60 pessoas, em formato presencial e com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o a ser realizada por formadores externos e pela equipa Tivoli, que ir\u00e3o partilhar a sua experi\u00eancia e o seu kno<em>w how<\/em>&nbsp;t\u00e9cnico. Ser\u00e1 constitu\u00edda por aulas te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas, a serem realizadas no Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort, entre novembro e dezembro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>O Hotel Academy Lab \u00e9 um projeto de forma\u00e7\u00e3o diferenciador por ser uma experi\u00eancia imersiva, com contacto direto com os profissionais do setor. Ap\u00f3s o projeto-piloto, pretendemos realizar novas sess\u00f5es em outras regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds onde as nossas unidades est\u00e3o localizadas, como Lisboa ou Porto\u201d,&nbsp;<\/em>acrescenta Carla Silva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os candidatos podem optar por quatro percursos formativos distintos:&nbsp;<br>Arte de bem receber \u2013 Fundamentos da Hospitalidade (700 horas); Excel\u00eancia nos Detalhes \u2013 Housekeeping profissional (525 horas); Mestria \u00e0 Mesa \u2013 Restaurante e bar (700 horas) e Inspira\u00e7\u00e3o Gastron\u00f3mica \u2013 Cozinha e pastelaria (700 horas).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser feitas atrav\u00e9s do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/euamcareers.minorhotels.com\/lp\/Hotel%20Academy%20Lab%20.%20Portugal%20\/fdddeec1f00f0b43\/?locale=pt_PT&amp;previewLink=true&amp;referrerSave=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LINK<\/a>\u00a0at\u00e9 ao dia 31 de outubro e a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos participantes ser\u00e1 realizada at\u00e9 dia 10 de novembro, atrav\u00e9s de entrevista presencial, ap\u00f3s uma primeira avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.
