A ZERO iniciou o projeto\u00a0Climathon – Maratona pelo Clima, um projeto financiado pelo programa \u201cA\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica e participa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica\u201d da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Calouste Gulbenkian, para envolver a popula\u00e7\u00e3o como parte essencial no processo de decis\u00e3o sobre o que fazer em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas em dois munic\u00edpios parceiros: Cuba (Alentejo) e Silves (Algarve).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A origem do projeto parte da necessidade identificada de existir um envolvimento mais aprofundado, cont\u00ednuo e prolongado das popula\u00e7\u00f5es na defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos municipais, no sentido de atempadamente informar, sensibilizar e ouvir as popula\u00e7\u00f5es locais para fomentar uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o verde que seja inclusiva e justa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baseado no conceito de hackathon (eventos de desenvolvimento ultrarr\u00e1pido de projetos inform\u00e1ticos), o Climathon \u00e9 uma metodologia de consulta, debate e participa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica aberta a todos os cidad\u00e3os e a todas as faixas et\u00e1rias, com o objetivo de envolver a popula\u00e7\u00e3o na responsabilidade ambiental e clim\u00e1tica dos Munic\u00edpios, sem assumir que tenham de saber alguma coisa ou ser especialistas em altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em suma, a Maratona pelo Clima consiste em 3 sess\u00f5es de participa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, que ocorrer\u00e3o em 3 s\u00e1bados diferentes, das 10h \u00e0s 13h, seguidas de um almo\u00e7o conv\u00edvio aberto a todos os participantes. Estas sess\u00f5es ter\u00e3o o foco em tornar acess\u00edvel o conhecimento cient\u00edfico por detr\u00e1s das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas e, simultaneamente, criar um ambiente informal para fomentar uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o positiva, construtiva e sem julgamentos. Durante as 3 sess\u00f5es, ser\u00e3o dinamizados exerc\u00edcios, maioritariamente em grupo, para desbloquear ideias e conceitos, inicialmente com o objetivo de capacitar, de forma a culminar na cria\u00e7\u00e3o e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas concretas para serem implementados num futuro pr\u00f3ximo por cada um dos executivos municipais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 sess\u00f5es e um quadro de monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas s\u00e3o uma realidade e est\u00e3o a afetar-nos a todos, mas nem todos sabemos as causas e consequ\u00eancias desta crise ambiental que enfrentamos. A primeira sess\u00e3o tem como objetivo desenvolver o conhecimento coletivo com a ajuda de facilitadores e especialistas, para perceber em que \u00e1reas se pode fazer a diferen\u00e7a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A segunda sess\u00e3o tem como objetivo co-criar solu\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas e adaptadas \u00e0 realidade do munic\u00edpio. Tendo em conta que a ci\u00eancia por detr\u00e1s das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas \u00e9 clara, mas as solu\u00e7\u00f5es normalmente geram muitas discuss\u00f5es, criaremos, com o conhecimento e acompanhamento de facilitadores, novas ideias para tornarmos o munic\u00edpio mais resiliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com ideias baseadas simultaneamente na ci\u00eancia e na realidade do munic\u00edpio, chega a fase final, torn\u00e1-las pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica. A terceira sess\u00e3o tem como objetivo finalizar as ideias e apresent\u00e1-las \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal para que juntos, em compromisso, sejam implementadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por fim, no\u00a0website do projeto<\/a>, conseguir-se-\u00e1 ver um quadro de monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como dashboard, para os participantes e a popula\u00e7\u00e3o geral poder acompanhar o ponto da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de cada uma das propostas aceites pela C\u00e2mara Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para a edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2024\/25, dois munic\u00edpios: Cuba e Silves<\/p>\n\n\n\n
