{"id":41619,"date":"2024-08-26T17:31:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T16:31:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=41619"},"modified":"2024-08-26T17:31:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T16:31:24","slug":"apa-emite-dia-favoravel-ao-projeto-da-tomada-de-agua-no-pomarao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2024\/08\/apa-emite-dia-favoravel-ao-projeto-da-tomada-de-agua-no-pomarao\/ambiente\/17\/31\/","title":{"rendered":"APA emite DIA favor\u00e1vel ao projeto da Tomada de \u00c1gua no Pomar\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A APA emitiu a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/siaia.apambiente.pt\/AIADOC\/AIA3668\/tua3668__pomarao_dia(anexotua)2024824151557.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Impacte Ambiental<\/a>\u00a0do projeto \u201cRefor\u00e7o do Abastecimento de \u00c1gua ao Algarve \u2013 Solu\u00e7\u00e3o da Tomada de \u00c1gua no Pomar\u00e3o\u201d, de sentido favor\u00e1vel condicionado ao cumprimento de um conjunto de condi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O procedimento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de impacte ambiental em apre\u00e7o decorreu de acordo com a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o legalmente prevista, incluindo a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de um per\u00edodo de consulta p\u00fablica de 30 dias \u00fateis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A supra referida decis\u00e3o foi suportada no parecer t\u00e9cnico emitido pela Comiss\u00e3o de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o constitu\u00edda para o efeito, coordenada pela APA e integrando representantes da pr\u00f3pria APA e das seguintes entidades: Comiss\u00e3o de Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Regional do Algarve, Comiss\u00e3o de Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Regional do Alentejo, do Patrim\u00f3nio Cultural, da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Regional de Sa\u00fade do Algarve, da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Regional de Sa\u00fade do Alentejo, do Instituto da Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da Natureza e das Florestas, do Laborat\u00f3rio Nacional de Energia e Geologia e do Centro de Ecologia Aplicada Prof. Baeta Neves do Instituto Superior de Agronomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A documenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais relevante deste processo encontra-se dispon\u00edvel no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/siaia.apambiente.pt\/AIA.aspx?ID=3668\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Impacte Ambiental (SIAIA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O presente projeto enquadra-se na articula\u00e7\u00e3o em curso, entre Portugal e Espanha, no \u00e2mbito da qual ser\u00e1 assegurado um modelo de explora\u00e7\u00e3o das capta\u00e7\u00f5es, que assegure um regime de caudais ecol\u00f3gicos eficaz e o equil\u00edbrio do sistema. Enquadra-se igualmente no Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia (PRR) 2021-2026 (Componente C9. Gest\u00e3o H\u00eddrica; investimento RE-C09-i01- Plano Regional de Efici\u00eancia H\u00eddrica do Algarve; submedida SM5 \u2013 Aumentar a capacidade dispon\u00edvel e resili\u00eancia das albufeiras\/sistemas de adu\u00e7\u00e3o em alta existentes e refor\u00e7ar com novas origens de \u00e1gua).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que o procedimento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de impacte ambiental decorreu na fase de estudo pr\u00e9vio, ocorrer\u00e1 um segundo momento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o na fase de projeto de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, tendo em vista a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da conformidade ambiental do projeto de execu\u00e7\u00e3o com a DIA agora emitida.
