Em 2023 faz o&nbsp;<em>soft opening<\/em>&nbsp;de um restaurante em nome pr\u00f3prio em Almancil,&nbsp;Taberna by Lucia Ribeiro<a href=\"https:\/\/tabernabylucia.pt\/\">&nbsp;<\/a>(antigo Po\u00e7o&nbsp;d\u2019Almancil), que se consolida e traz novidades em 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O conceito servido \u00e0 mesa \u00e9 o da comida tradicional algarvia\u2026 com um&nbsp;<em>twist<\/em>. Sempre sem esquecer os produtos e sabores da regi\u00e3o, a&nbsp;<em>chef&nbsp;<\/em>inova nas t\u00e9cnicas usadas e n\u00e3o descura a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O menu, que varia ao longo do ano consoante as \u00e9pocas, aproxima a serra e o mar enquanto promove a partilha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As novidades de ver\u00e3o s\u00e3o o cheviche de sarraj\u00e3o ou os baos com sabores algarvios, como o de escabeche com carapau alimado. No menu constam ainda os seguintes&nbsp;<em>best-sellers:&nbsp;<\/em>bochechas de porco, peixe ao sal, estupeta, tibornas e torta de am\u00eandoa (receita da av\u00f3). Al\u00e9m disso, a&nbsp;<em>chef<\/em>&nbsp;faz quest\u00e3o de ter sempre op\u00e7\u00f5es vegan e vegetarianas. A carta de vinhos tem mais de 80 refer\u00eancias, de norte a sul, passando pelas ilhas, e s\u00e3o maioritariamente nacionais. Ambas as cartas est\u00e3o inteiramente dispon\u00edveis ao almo\u00e7o e ao jantar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na decora\u00e7\u00e3o o estilo&nbsp;<em>mix and match<\/em>&nbsp;traz um ambiente descomprometido, que pretende deixar \u00e0 vontade todos os que visitam o espa\u00e7o. O interior do restaurante tem 34 lugares sentados e 4 ao balc\u00e3o. J\u00e1 a esplanada conta com 16 lugares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abAbrir um restaurante em nome pr\u00f3prio e poder receber, na primeira pessoa, feedback de clientes nacionais e internacionais que se tornam visitas regulares, \u00e9 a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que fiz a escolha certa quando decidi mudar de \u00e1rea h\u00e1 mais de 15 anos. \u00c9 certo que as responsabilidades aumentam, mas poder tomar as minhas pr\u00f3prias decis\u00f5es tem sido extremamente compensat\u00f3rio. No entanto, toda a equipa foi vital para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do restaurante e sucesso das iniciativas realizadas at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, e s\u00ea-lo-\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m para o que ainda queremos fazer no Taberna by Lucia Ribeiro, onde as mulheres assumem praticamente a totalidade dos cargos.\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;adianta a&nbsp;<strong><em>Head<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><em>Chef&nbsp;<\/em>e propriet\u00e1ria Lucia Ribeiro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quem conhece a Luciareconhece-lhe as aptid\u00f5es comunicacionais e sabe-a incapaz de fazer uma s\u00f3 coisa.
