SOS Ambiente e Territ\u00f3rio da GNR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A \u201cLinha SOS Ambiente e Territ\u00f3rio\u201d, criada em 2002, constitui a \u00fanica Linha em Portugal especialmente dedicada para den\u00fancias de car\u00e1cter ambiental, criada pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Ambiente e Minist\u00e9rio da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Interna, tendo inicialmente ficado repartida entre a GNR\/Servi\u00e7o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o da Natureza e do Ambiente (SEPNA\/GNR) e a Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral do Ambiente e do Ordenamento do Territ\u00f3rio (IGAOT) e a GNR, passando em 2007, por inten\u00e7\u00e3o governamental, em perman\u00eancia para o SEPNA\/GNR, alterando a anterior dualidade de gest\u00e3o, face \u00e0 abrangente e permanente capacidade de atendimento e gest\u00e3o desta Linha (24 horas\/dia), e permanente capacidade de interven\u00e7\u00e3o, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental em qualquer ponto do pa\u00eds, resultante da amplitude das miss\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o da natureza, ambiente e florestas, desencadeando os mecanismos necess\u00e1rios a uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o integral em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional, em tempo real, pelo SEPNA\/GNR enquanto Policia Ambiental Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da \u201cLinha SOS Ambiente e Territ\u00f3rio\u201d, j\u00e1 foram recebidas mais de&nbsp;<strong>150 000 den\u00fancias<\/strong>, num total de mais de&nbsp;<strong>500 000 contactos<\/strong>, que para al\u00e9m das den\u00fancias, engloba a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de esclarecimentos, conselhos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental aos cidad\u00e3os em Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No primeiro semestre de 2024, A \u201cLinha SOS Ambiente e Territ\u00f3rio\u201d recebeu 20 846 contactos gerais e&nbsp;<strong>5 863 den\u00fancias<\/strong>&nbsp;diretamente relacionadas com problemas ambientais detetados pelos cidad\u00e3os, em especial nas \u00e1reas relacionadas com res\u00edduos, polui\u00e7\u00e3o, floresta, animais de companhia e ordenamento do territ\u00f3rio, entre diversas outras \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os contactos podem ser efetuados, quer atrav\u00e9s do n\u00famero 808 200 520, quer atrav\u00e9s do Sistema de den\u00fancia \u201cSOS Ambiente ON-LINE\u201d, entretanto criado e disponibilizado pela GNR no seu s\u00edtio institucional em\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnr.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.gnr.pt<\/a>, e atrav\u00e9s do e-mail\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:SEPNA@GNR.PT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEPNA@GNR.PT<\/a>, estando cometida ao SEPNA a responsabilidade nacional de assegurar o tratamento de todas as den\u00fancias efetuadas no \u00e2mbito desta Linha, dispon\u00edvel 24 horas\/dia, bem como a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de esclarecimentos, conselhos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental aos cidad\u00e3os em Portugal, assim como do resultado das dilig\u00eancias efetuadas perante cada den\u00fancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta Linha foi j\u00e1 alvo de elogios por parte da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, tendo proposto a todos os Estados Membros a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de Linhas id\u00eanticas, face ao bom funcionamento que a mesma tem registado, possibilitando a envolv\u00eancia dos cidad\u00e3os na prote\u00e7\u00e3o
