{"id":4025,"date":"2020-11-24T13:28:24","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T13:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=4025"},"modified":"2020-11-24T13:28:25","modified_gmt":"2020-11-24T13:28:25","slug":"apa-intervem-em-arriba-na-fortaleza-de-sagres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2020\/11\/apa-intervem-em-arriba-na-fortaleza-de-sagres\/ambiente\/13\/28\/","title":{"rendered":"APA interv\u00e9m em arriba na Fortaleza de Sagres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A APA &#8211; Ag\u00eancia Portuguesa do Ambiente vai realizar a&nbsp;<strong>estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um bloco rochoso, instabilizado devido \u00e0 exist\u00eancia de uma falha, localizada na arriba cont\u00edgua ao Baluarte poente do monumento nacional Fortaleza de Sagres<\/strong>, em Vila do Bispo, numa interven\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ada em&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac<\/strong>137.860,34.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obra integra se no conjunto de interven\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o do Litoral XXI, elaborado pela Ag\u00eancia Portuguesa do Ambiente e nas interven\u00e7\u00f5es previstas para a Ponta de Sagres pelo Plano de Ordenamento da Orla Costeira Sines&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Burgau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O agravamento da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, identificado pela Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Regional de Cultura do Algarve, e o facto de se tratar de monumento com elevada visita\u00e7\u00e3o, tornou premente a interven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tendo por base o cen\u00e1rio geol\u00f3gico do local da obra, a extens\u00e3o e volume estimado do bloco, a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e estimada profundidade da falha, tal como as caracter\u00edsticas estruturais do baluarte da Fortaleza de Sagres, ser\u00e1 executada uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da arriba atrav\u00e9s da execu\u00e7\u00e3o de sete alinhamentos de tirantes. Os consequentes movimentos relativos entre o bloco rochoso e a arriba provocaram fissuras na zona do baluarte poente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto contempla a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de pregagens, de modo a prevenir o surgimento de novas fissuras no baluarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A empreitada tem uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o prevista de 3 meses e ser\u00e1 executada pela empresa Geocontrole, Geotecnia e Estruturas de Funda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste momento, encontram-se em curso as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fura\u00e7\u00e3o da arriba, para de seguida proceder-se \u00e0 coloca\u00e7\u00e3o dos tirantes e sua selagem, que ir\u00e3o amarrar o bloco em risco \u00e0 arriba est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o tem enquadramento na candidatura da APA ao&nbsp;<strong>POSEUR (Programa Operacional Sustentabilidade e Efici\u00eancia no uso de Recursos)<\/strong>, no seu Eixo Priorit\u00e1rio 2, com o objetivo de promover a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas e a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de riscos, no qual se inclui a Prioridade de Investimento -\u201cPromo\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos para abordar&nbsp;riscos espec\u00edficos, assegurar a capacidade de resist\u00eancia \u00e0s cat\u00e1strofes e desenvolver sistemas de gest\u00e3o de cat\u00e1strofes\u201d. No \u00e2mbito desta prioridade destaca-se o Objetivo Espec\u00edfico -Prote\u00e7\u00e3o do Litoral e das suas popula\u00e7\u00f5es face a riscos, especialmente de eros\u00e3o&nbsp;costeira\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A interven\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 or\u00e7ada em \u20ac137.860,34, cuja componente comunit\u00e1ria (POSEUR)&nbsp;\u00e9 de&nbsp;\u20ac103.395,26 e a componente nacional \u00e9 de \u20ac34.465,08.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O promont\u00f3rio de Sagres corresponde a um pontal recortado em rochas muito resistentes (dolomitos do Jur\u00e1ssico), com arribas subverticais mergulhantes e v\u00e1rias formas t\u00edpicas do modelado c\u00e1rsico. Conjuntamente com o Cabo de S\u00e3o Vicente e o pontal da Atalaia, insere se na zona de arribas mais resistentes do litoral sul do Algarve. No entanto, na zona verifica-se a exist\u00eancia de consolas, algares e outras cavidades, conforme \u00e9 observ\u00e1vel nas figuras 1 e 2.
