O\u00a0<strong>With.Care<\/strong>, iniciativa lan\u00e7ada pela APEXA, est\u00e1 focado em fornecer apoio pr\u00e1tico e emocional a estes cuidadores, promovendo simultaneamente o fortalecimento das comunidades locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O With.Care \u00e9 uma resposta direta \u00e0s necessidades identificadas nas regi\u00f5es do Algarve e Baixo Alentejo, \u00e1reas vulner\u00e1veis onde os cuidadores frequentemente enfrentam desafios significativos sem o apoio adequado. A APEXA, entidade respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto, sublinha que a miss\u00e3o do With.Care \u00e9 clara: melhorar a qualidade de vida dos cuidadores e, consequentemente, das pessoas de quem cuidam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este projeto surge no contexto do\u00a0<strong>Pr\u00e9mio Fidelidade Comunidade<\/strong>, uma iniciativa criada pela Fidelidade em 2017 com o objetivo de fortalecer o setor social. Este pr\u00e9mio foca-se em \u00e1reas como a inclus\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e o apoio ao envelhecimento saud\u00e1vel, demonstrando o compromisso da Fidelidade com o bem-estar social e o desenvolvimento comunit\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A APEXA identificou necessidades-chave, desde apoio emocional e psicossocial at\u00e9 \u00e0 falta de redes de suporte. Para responder a estes desafios, o With.Care prop\u00f5e v\u00e1rias solu\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo grupos de apoio social, capacita\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica em quest\u00f5es legais e emocionais, e programas de respiro que oferecem momentos de descanso essenciais aos cuidadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto destaca-se pela sua abordagem integrativa e focada na capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos cuidadores, promovendo uma comunidade de apoio sustent\u00e1vel.
