As verbas prov\u00eam de <\/strong><strong>candidaturas apresentadas ao abrigo do Programa 1\u00ba Direito, no \u00e2mbito do Investimento RE-C02-i01 \u201cPrograma de Apoio ao Acesso \u00e0 Habita\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d do Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia (PRR).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Bairro Horta Dr. P\u00e1dua est\u00e3o a ser reabilitados 97 fogos situados em 13 blocos de gest\u00e3o municipal, num investimento que ascende aos 1.035.140,66\u20ac, enquanto no Bairro Horta da Cavalinha est\u00e3o j\u00e1 finalizadas as obras de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o de 28 apartamentos, localizados em seis blocos habitacionais, num investimento de 276.998,25\u20ac. Nas 125 habita\u00e7\u00f5es abrangidas nestes dois bairros residem fam\u00edlias que cumprem os crit\u00e9rios de elegibilidade do Programa 1\u00ba Direito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No total, e nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, o Munic\u00edpio pretende apoiar em termos habitacionais cerca de um milhar de agregados familiares, no \u00e2mbito da Estrat\u00e9gia Local de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o de Olh\u00e3o (ELHO) &#8211; 1\u00ba Direito, seja reabilitando fra\u00e7\u00f5es, seja construindo pr\u00e9dios ou empreendimentos habitacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme destaca o presidente do Munic\u00edpio de Olh\u00e3o, Ant\u00f3nio Miguel Pina, \u201ca autarquia est\u00e1, desta forma, e aproveitando os fundos comunit\u00e1rios dispon\u00edveis, a promover solu\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade para quem vive em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de maior car\u00eancia habitacional no concelho, nomeadamente em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de insalubridade e inseguran\u00e7a.
