Portim\u00e3o est\u00e1 a proceder \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es determinadas pela entrada em vigor do Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 10\/2024, de 8 de janeiro, que procede \u00e0 reforma e simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos licenciamentos no \u00e2mbito do Simplex Urban\u00edstico, efetuando para o efeito as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es e reestrutura\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00e9 \u00e0 conclus\u00e3o da atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos respetivos formul\u00e1rios, os interessados devem utilizar os formul\u00e1rios atualmente dispon\u00edveis em plataforma online (<a href=\"https:\/\/urbanismo.cm-portimao.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/urbanismo.cm-portimao.pt\/<\/a>), com a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o dos elementos instrut\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O regulamento municipal de urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e edifica\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como o regulamento das taxas, ser\u00e3o igualmente atualizados, de acordo com as novas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No separador Urbanismo, \u00e9 publicada a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o camar\u00e1ria de 21 de fevereiro, referente \u00e0 nota de esclarecimentos dos novos procedimentos e enquadramento do Simplex Urban\u00edstico e lista dos loteamentos que, face \u00e0 altera\u00e7\u00e3o legislativa, ser\u00e3o enquadrados no regime de licen\u00e7a ou de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na sequ\u00eancia desta reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o, o Munic\u00edpio de Portim\u00e3o garante estarem a ser desenvolvidos todos os esfor\u00e7os
