{"id":3332,"date":"2020-11-04T12:21:02","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T12:21:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=3332"},"modified":"2020-11-04T12:21:03","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T12:21:03","slug":"resumo-da-evolucao-em-outubro-de-2020-na-hotelaria-algarvia-dados-provisorios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2020\/11\/resumo-da-evolucao-em-outubro-de-2020-na-hotelaria-algarvia-dados-provisorios\/turismo\/12\/21\/","title":{"rendered":"Resumo da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o em Outubro de 2020 na hotelaria Algarvia (dados provis\u00f3rios)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativamente a 2019, o m\u00eas de Outubro de 2020 apresentou as seguintes varia\u00e7\u00f5es nas unidades de alojamento do Algarve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o global m\u00e9dia\/quarto foi de 30,3%,\u00a057,4% abaixo do valor verificado\u00a0em 2019, sendo de longe o registo mais baixo desde sempre para o m\u00eas de outubro.\u00a0<\/li><li>Os mercados que mais contribu\u00edram para a descida verificada foram o brit\u00e2nico (-89,0%), alem\u00e3o (-58,2%) e irland\u00eas (-91,7%).<\/li><li>O mercado nacional, apresentou a \u00fanica subida de registo (+58,6%) face ao mesmo m\u00eas do ano anterior.\u00a0<\/li><li>O volume de vendas diminuiu 60,1%.<\/li><li>Desde o in\u00edcio do ano a taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o quarto regista uma descida m\u00e9dia de 55,1% e o volume de vendas uma descida de 58,1%.<\/li><li>A descida hom\u00f3loga na taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o durante a \u00e9poca tur\u00edstica (Abril a Outubro) \u00e9 de, -64,6%, enquanto o volume de neg\u00f3cios baixou -66% no mesmo per\u00edodo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Relativamente a 2019, o m\u00eas de Outubro de 2020 apresentou as seguintes varia\u00e7\u00f5es nas unidades de alojamento do Algarve: A<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3333,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[17],"tags":[98,45],"class_list":["post-3332","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-turismo","tag-nacional","tag-turismo"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
