{"id":3247,"date":"2020-11-03T09:06:01","date_gmt":"2020-11-03T09:06:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=3247"},"modified":"2020-11-03T09:06:02","modified_gmt":"2020-11-03T09:06:02","slug":"ccdr-algarve-associa-se-ao-exercicio-a-terra-treme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2020\/11\/ccdr-algarve-associa-se-ao-exercicio-a-terra-treme\/ambiente\/09\/06\/","title":{"rendered":"CCDR Algarve associa-se ao exerc\u00edcio &#8220;A Terra Treme&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Comiss\u00e3o de Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Regional do Algarve (CCDR Algarve),\u00a0associou-se \u00e0 Autoridade Nacional de Emerg\u00eancia e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Civil (ANEPC) na promo\u00e7\u00e3o e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exerc\u00edcio p\u00fablico de \u00e2mbito nacional \u201cA TERRA TREME\u201d, destinado a promover a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das popula\u00e7\u00f5es para o risco s\u00edsmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 na sua 8.\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o, esta iniciativa\u00a0\u00a0est\u00e1 prevista na Estrat\u00e9gia Nacional de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Civil Preventiva, aprovada pela\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dre.pt\/application\/conteudo\/114123460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho de Ministros n.\u00ba 160\/2017, de 30 de outubro<\/a>, e decorrer\u00e1 na quinta-feira, dia 5 de novembro, \u00e0s 11h05, data que coincide com o Dia Mundial de Sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para o Risco de Tsunami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O objetivo deste Exerc\u00edcio, durante o qual se exercitam os \u201c3 gestos que salvam\u201d \u2013 BAIXAR, PROTEGER e AGUARDAR \u2013 \u00e9 capacitar os cidad\u00e3os para saberem como agir em caso de sismo. Para tal, \u00e9 imperioso que sejam conhecidas, por todos, as\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prociv.pt\/pt-pt\/RISCOSPREV\/RISCOSNAT\/SISMOS\/Paginas\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>medidas preventivas e os comportamentos de autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0a adotar ANTES, DURANTE e DEPOIS de um sismo, convidando a CCDR Algarve todos os interessados a participarem nesta a\u00e7\u00e3o, durante a qual \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio o cumprimento de todas as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m das Escolas, cuja ades\u00e3o \u00e0 iniciativa tem sido enorme, ao longo das sucessivas edi\u00e7\u00f5es, a ANEPC tem, ano ap\u00f3s ano, alargado a toda a sociedade a reflex\u00e3o sobre a tem\u00e1tica do risco s\u00edsmico e procurado envolver um n\u00famero crescente de participantes no exerc\u00edcio A TERRA TREME, convidando-se as associa\u00e7\u00f5es, institui\u00e7\u00f5es, fam\u00edlias e empresas a participarem no Exerc\u00edcio \u201cA Terra Treme\u201d, para o que devem efetuar a sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o (a n\u00edvel individual e\/ou coletivo) no s\u00edtio na Internet espec\u00edfico desta iniciativa:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aterratreme.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.aterratreme.pt<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os registos hist\u00f3ricos demonstram que a regi\u00e3o do Algarve \u00e9 a que, ao longo dos tempos, tem registado maiores intensidades s\u00edsmicas em Portugal Continental, sendo esta uma regi\u00e3o de caracter\u00edsticas particulares, pois al\u00e9m da grande concentra\u00e7\u00e3o urbana junto ao litoral, recebe sazonalmente um intenso fluxo populacional, nacional e internacional. Tal evid\u00eancia traduziu-se na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prociv.pt\/pt-pt\/RISCOSPREV\/ESTRISSISTSUNALGARVE\/APRESENTACAO\/Paginas\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Estudo do Risco S\u00edsmico e de Tsunamis do Algarve (ERSTA)<\/a>\u00a0que possibilitou o conhecimento aprofundado do risco s\u00edsmico e de tsunamis na regi\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento de um plano especial de emerg\u00eancia para estes riscos.
