{"id":22888,"date":"2022-10-27T08:05:56","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T07:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=22888"},"modified":"2022-10-27T08:06:04","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T07:06:04","slug":"aheta-apresentou-estudo-sobre-capital-humano-na-hotelaria-e-empreendimentos-turisticos-do-algarve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2022\/10\/aheta-apresentou-estudo-sobre-capital-humano-na-hotelaria-e-empreendimentos-turisticos-do-algarve\/turismo\/08\/05\/","title":{"rendered":"AHETA apresentou estudo sobre capital humano na hotelaria e empreendimentos tur\u00edsticos do Algarve"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A AHETA- Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Dos Hot\u00e9is E Empreendimentos Tur\u00edsticos Do Algarve, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o KIPT INOVA\u00c7\u00c3O E TURISMO LABORATORIO COLABORATIVO e a Universidade do Algarve, apresentou o estudo\u00a0<em>\u201cO Capital Humano na Hotelaria e Empreendimentos Tur\u00edsticos do Algarve<\/em>\u201d, no dia 26 de Outubro 2022, pelas 15.30 no Hotel Vila Sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estudo pretende contribuir para quantificar a escassez de m\u00e3o de obra no turismo e como se pode e deve refor\u00e7ar o capital humano no turismo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um estudo suportado numa amostra que representa 54% da capacidade de alojamento na regi\u00e3o, 52% da procura tur\u00edstica (medida em n\u00famero de dormidas) e 34% do emprego na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As necessidades de recursos humanos internos variam entre 4.484-7.906 at\u00e9 ao final de 2023, nas empresas inquiridas, o que significa um acr\u00e9scimo de 45%, no entanto um crescimento de 25% \u00e9 razo\u00e1vel para assegurar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, com recursos internos nos empreendimentos tur\u00edsticos em Julho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As dificuldades de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o evidentes, principalmente nas \u00e1reas mais operacionais, como sejam a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e bebidas, o alojamento e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho no turismo e hotelaria registam uma melhoria progressiva, no que toca a estabilidade e sal\u00e1rios. Por\u00e9m, as expectativas face ao futuro revelam um muito moderado otimismo, generalizado a todos os dom\u00ednios e itens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No que se refere \u00e0s remunera\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 evidente a preval\u00eancia de sal\u00e1rios acima do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo nacional entre os estabelecimentos inquiridos. Apesar da variabilidade dos sal\u00e1rios, justificada pela diversidade de fun\u00e7\u00f5es, o valor m\u00e9dio situa-se nos 1013 euros em 2022 na amostra, 1,7 vezes superior ao que os mesmos empreendimentos pagavam em 2015.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda e por compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os dados do GEP, os dados para a regi\u00e3o relevam que os sal\u00e1rios na hotelaria em 2019 j\u00e1 eram superiores aos sal\u00e1rios m\u00e9dios da economia algarvia e da hotelaria regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As rela\u00e7\u00f5es laborais estabelecidas sugerem uma estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o crescente, com os contratos sem termo ou termo incerto (51% em 2019) a assumirem percentagens superiores \u00e0 m\u00e9dia regional (42%), sugerindo a estabilidade e a capacidade de reten\u00e7\u00e3o se atendermos \u00e0 antiguidade dos colaboradores, ainda que esta esteja a decrescer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo mostra ainda a tend\u00eancia de reconfigura\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a de trabalho.
