Nesta reedi\u00e7\u00e3o, debatida hoje com os alunos na Biblioteca Municipal de Castro Marim, procura-se trazer novas atividades, com maior est\u00edmulo \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico, tendo inclusive atividade programada de desporto com acompanhamento de fisioterapia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novidades ser\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m os &#8220;Clubes Mensais&#8221;, com atividades sobre nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar e leitura e poesia e o &#8220;H\u00e1bil Mente&#8221;, que passa por exerc\u00edcios de estimula\u00e7\u00e3o cognitiva. Estas novas a\u00e7\u00f5es pretendem fomentar a troca de experi\u00eancias, dos saberes, das motiva\u00e7\u00f5es e dos afetos. As artes decorativas, rendas, trapologia, dan\u00e7a, medita\u00e7\u00e3o e inform\u00e1tica, ser\u00e3o alguns dos cursos de continuidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em paralelo, e tamb\u00e9m com o objetivo de promover um envelhecimento ativo, reiniciam agora as aulas de hidrogin\u00e1stica do programa \u201cAo Ritmo dos 60\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuando com a sua pol\u00edtica de descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o, o projeto UTL desdobra-se em 10 localidades &#8211; Altura, S. Bartolomeu, Rio Seco, Castro Marim, Monte Francisco, Junqueira, Azinhal, Corte Pequena, Alta Mora e Furnazinhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aproveitando a circunst\u00e2ncia, foi realizada a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto Info Cuidador, do Centro Humanit\u00e1rio de Tavira da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa. Criado 2020, centra-se no cuidador informal\/pessoa cuidada.
