{"id":18597,"date":"2022-05-16T19:22:47","date_gmt":"2022-05-16T18:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/?p=18597"},"modified":"2022-05-16T19:22:49","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T18:22:49","slug":"aberta-consulta-publica-ao-regulamento-intermunicipal-do-part","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/index.php\/2022\/05\/aberta-consulta-publica-ao-regulamento-intermunicipal-do-part\/ambiente\/19\/22\/","title":{"rendered":"Aberta Consulta P\u00fablica ao Regulamento Intermunicipal do PART"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Os contributos ao\u00a0Regulamento Intermunicipal, que estabelece as regras gerais para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa de Apoio \u00e0 Redu\u00e7\u00e3o Tarif\u00e1ria (PART) nos transportes p\u00fablicos,\u00a0devem ser apresentados at\u00e9 ao pr\u00f3ximo dia 7de junho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Proposta de Regulamento pode ser consultada no site da AMAL, Comunidade Intermunicipal do Algarve, em\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amal.pt\/atividades\/consulta-publica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/amal.pt\/atividades\/consulta-publica<\/a>\u00a0e durante o per\u00edodo de Consulta P\u00fablica\u00a0as pessoas interessadas poder\u00e3o enviar sugest\u00f5es que considerem relevantes no \u00e2mbito deste projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compete \u00e0 AMAL, enquanto Autoridade Intermunicipal de Transportes, o planeamento, defini\u00e7\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos t\u00edtulos e tarifas de transportes e das regras espec\u00edficas relativas ao sistema tarif\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nessa qualidade, a Comunidade Intermunicipal tem vindo a aplicar o PART desde 2019, sendo este um Programa que se traduz no apoio \u00e0s fam\u00edlias nas suas despesas elementares, como \u00e9 o caso da mobilidade para acesso ao emprego, \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e0 sa\u00fade, ao lazer e a outros servi\u00e7os essenciais, promovendo a universalidade e acessibilidade dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos de transporte de passageiros e fomentando a coes\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica e social.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, o PART incentiva \u00e0 altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos padr\u00f5es de mobilidade na \u00e1rea da AMAL, com a migra\u00e7\u00e3o da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte individual para o transporte p\u00fablico, contribuindo, assim, para uma mobilidade mais sustent\u00e1vel e dando resposta \u00e0s crescentes consequ\u00eancias das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.
