class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No seguimento do contacto realizado hoje (17SET) com o Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Mar e da Atmosfera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(IPMA), e de acordo com a informa\u00e7\u00e3o meteorol\u00f3gica disponibilizada prev\u00ea-se para as pr\u00f3ximas 48 horas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hoje<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Humidade relativa do ar baixa no interior, em especial nos locais onde n\u00e3o ocorra precipita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Precipita\u00e7\u00e3o por vezes forte a afetar todo o territ\u00f3rio, progredindo de Sudoeste (manh\u00e3) para Nordeste (tarde), sendo acompanhada de trovoada mais prov\u00e1vel no interior no per\u00edodo da tarde.<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Prev\u00eaem-se acumulados que podem atingir 10 a 20 mm\/1h, em especial nos distritos de Lisboa, Set\u00fabal, Santar\u00e9m e Faro (mais prov\u00e1vel no barlavento) no per\u00edodo da tarde e noite, com acumulados que podem atingir 20 a 40 mm\/12 horas, mas que podem ocorrer numa hora, no interior da regi\u00e3o Norte e Centro (pr\u00f3ximo da fronteira).<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de excluir a ocorr\u00eancia de fen\u00f3menos extremos de vento, que a acontecer ser\u00e3o muito localizados (e associados a precipita\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Vento moderado a predominar do quadrante Sul, por vezes forte (at\u00e9 40 km\/h) nas terras altas, com rajadas at\u00e9 70 km\/h, em especial durante a tarde.<strong>Amanh\u00e3&nbsp;<\/strong>(18-SET)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Precipita\u00e7\u00e3o por vezes forte e acompanhada de trovoada, em especial a partir da tarde, prevendo- se acumulados da ordem de 20 a 40 mm\/12h (mas que podem ocorrer numa hora) nas regi\u00f5es Centro e Sul, em especial nas regi\u00f5es montanhosas do Centro.<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de excluir a ocorr\u00eancia de fen\u00f3menos extremos de vento, que a acontecer ser\u00e3o muito localizados.<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o do vento, com rajadas at\u00e9 75 km\/h nas regi\u00f5es Centro e Sul, em especial na regi\u00e3o Sul, sendo at\u00e9 85 km\/h nas terras altas, durante a tarde e noite.<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Agita\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima de sudoeste at\u00e9 3 metros no Algarve.&nbsp;<strong>Informa\u00e7\u00e3o hidrol\u00f3gica<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\uf02d&nbsp;Possibilidade de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es em locais historicamente vulner\u00e1veis.&nbsp;<strong>Acompanhe as previs\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas em&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>www.ipma.pt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.&nbsp;<strong>EFEITOS EXPECT\u00c1VEIS<br><\/strong>Face \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o acima descrita, poder\u00e3o ocorrer os seguintes efeitos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Piso rodovi\u00e1rio escorregadio e eventual forma\u00e7\u00e3o de len\u00e7\u00f3is de \u00e1gua;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Possibilidade de cheias r\u00e1pidas em meio urbano, por acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1guas pluviais ou insufici\u00eanciasdos sistemas de drenagem;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Possibilidade de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o por transbordo de linhas de \u00e1gua nas zonas historicamente mais vulner\u00e1veis;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es de estruturas urbanas subterr\u00e2neas com defici\u00eancias de drenagem;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Danos em estruturas montadas ou suspensas;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Dificuldades de drenagem em sistemas urbanos, nomeadamente as verificadas em per\u00edodos de preia-mar, podendo causar inunda\u00e7\u00f5es nos locais historicamente mais vulner\u00e1veis;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Possibilidade de queda de ramos ou \u00e1rvores em virtude de vento mais forte;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Poss\u00edveis acidentes na orla costeira;3.&nbsp;<strong>MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS<\/strong>A ANEPC relembra que o eventual impacto destes efeitos pode ser minimizado, sobretudo atrav\u00e9s da ado\u00e7\u00e3o de comportamentos adequados, pelo que, e em particular nas zonas historicamente mais vulner\u00e1veis, se recomenda a observa\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o das principais medidas de autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o para estas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, nomeadamente:<ul><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Garantir a desobstru\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de escoamento das \u00e1guas pluviais e retirada de inertes e outros objetos que possam ser arrastados ou criem obst\u00e1culos ao livre escoamento das \u00e1guas;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Adotar uma condu\u00e7\u00e3o defensiva, reduzindo a velocidade e tendo especial cuidado com a poss\u00edvel forma\u00e7\u00e3o de len\u00e7\u00f3is de \u00e1gua nas vias;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;N\u00e3o atravessar zonas inundadas, de modo a precaver o arrastamento de pessoas ou viaturas para buracos no pavimento ou caixas de esgoto abertas;<\/li><li>\uf02d \u00e1rvores, em virtude de vento mais forte;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Ter especial cuidado na circula\u00e7\u00e3o junto da orla costeira e zonas ribeirinhas historicamente mais vulner\u00e1veis a galgamentos costeiros, evitando se poss\u00edvel a circula\u00e7\u00e3o e perman\u00eancia nestes locais;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;N\u00e3o praticar atividades relacionadas com o mar, nomeadamente pesca desportiva, desportos n\u00e1uticos e passeios \u00e0 beira-mar, evitando ainda o estacionamento de ve\u00edculos muito pr\u00f3ximos da orla mar\u00edtima;<\/li><li>\uf02d &nbsp;Estar atento \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es da meteorologia e \u00e0s indica\u00e7\u00f5es da Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Civil e For\u00e7as de Seguran\u00e7a.<strong>TODOS SOMOS PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O
