Aumento de 19% face a 2020."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Com as elei\u00e7\u00f5es legislativas \u00e0 porta, o Portal da Queixa foi auscultar a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos portugueses face aos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos, analisando as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos consumidores dirigidas ao setor p\u00fablico. Em 2021, \u00e0 maior rede social de consumidores em Portugal chegaram quase 16 mil queixas, um aumento de 19% face a 2020. O IMT, a Seguran\u00e7a Social, as C\u00e2maras Municipais e o SNS foram as\u00a0entidades mais reclamadas<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre o dia 01 de janeiro e o dia 31 de dezembro de 2021, o Portal da Queixa recebeu na sua plataforma 15.984 reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dirigidas aos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos. Um aumento de 19% comparativamente com o mesmo per\u00edodo hom\u00f3logo, em 2020.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A an\u00e1lise efetuada a todas as entidades e organismos que integram o setor p\u00fablico permitiu desenhar um TOP 10 das marcas que geraram maior insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o entre os portugueses:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-de-ecra-2022-01-21-as-12.08.39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14813\" width=\"543\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-de-ecra-2022-01-21-as-12.08.39.png 846w, https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-de-ecra-2022-01-21-as-12.08.39-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/algarve7.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-de-ecra-2022-01-21-as-12.08.39-768x436.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 543px) 100vw, 543px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Quais os principais motivos de reclama\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo permitiu ainda apurar quais aos principais motivos de reclama\u00e7\u00e3o reportados pelos consumidores a estas 10 entidades via Portal da Queixa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A maioria das queixas dirigidas ao&nbsp;<strong>Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes (IMT) est\u00e1 relacionada com&nbsp;<\/strong>as dificuldades na obten\u00e7\u00e3o da carta de condu\u00e7\u00e3o (renova\u00e7\u00e3o, emiss\u00e3o, troca, etc.).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relativamente \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>Seguran\u00e7a Social<\/strong>, o principal motivo de reclama\u00e7\u00e3o dos portugueses refere-se a&nbsp;problemas com a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de Subs\u00eddios, Pens\u00f5es, Reformas e Apoios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no \u00e2mbito das&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e2maras Municipais\/Munic\u00edpios<\/strong>, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas e espa\u00e7os \u00e9 um dos motivos mais reportados pelos mun\u00edcipes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o feita ao&nbsp;<strong>Servi\u00e7o Nacional de Sa\u00fade (SNS<\/strong>), verificou-se que as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos utentes incindem maioritariamente em dois problemas: um relacionado com a qualidade de atendimento nos servi\u00e7os e outro relacionado com a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o e a emiss\u00e3o de certificados digitais Covid-19.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no organismo&nbsp;<strong>Instituto dos Registos e Notariado (IRN<\/strong>), o principal motivo de reclama\u00e7\u00e3o registado no Portal da Queixa est\u00e1 relacionado com a renova\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou emiss\u00e3o do Cart\u00e3o do Cidad\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;O sexto lugar do TOP 10 pertence \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>TAP<\/strong>, onde se destaca como a principal den\u00fancia apresentada pelos consumidores: a falta de reembolso de valores de viagens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto ao&nbsp;<strong>Servi\u00e7o de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>(SEF<\/strong>), o descontentamento dos cidad\u00e3os incide sobretudo nas dificuldades que t\u00eam com o agendamento junto dos v\u00e1rios balc\u00f5es do SEF, para resolverem os seus problemas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m o&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Nacional de Estat\u00edstica (INE)<\/strong>, figura no TOP 10 das entidades p\u00fablicas mais reclamadas pelos portugueses. A principal queixa dirigida ao INE aponta como inoper\u00e2ncia a n\u00e3o rece\u00e7\u00e3o da carta com os acessos no \u00e2mbito dos Censos 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em oitavo lugar da tabela, o&nbsp;<strong>Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o escapou a um volume consider\u00e1vel de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es geradas, sobretudo, num per\u00edodo espec\u00edfico do ano. As principais queixas contra o ME refletem a insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos portugueses pelos problemas gerados no Portal das Matr\u00edculas e as dificuldades no acesso ao portal MEGA \u2013 Manuais Escolares Gratuitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No fim da tabela, figura a&nbsp;<strong>Autoridade Tribut\u00e1ria e Aduaneira (AT)<\/strong>, com os contribuintes a apontar, na sua maioria, falhas relacionadas com o IRS e problemas com o desalfandegamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Positivo Vs Negativo<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o obstante, o n\u00famero de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dirigidas \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>AT<\/strong>, o Portal da Queixa identificou uma&nbsp;<strong>performance positiva&nbsp;<\/strong>desta entidade p\u00fablica, que resulta no elevado \u00edndice de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe \u00e9 atribu\u00eddo &#8211; 87.2 (em 100) -, o que espelha a performance e preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo na gest\u00e3o e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o deste organismo das reclama\u00e7\u00f5es que recebe via Portal da Queixa.
