Ap\u00f3s sucessivos desagravamentos fiscais ao longo dos \u00faltimos anos, a Autarquia \u2013 que tinha aprovado a proposta em Reuni\u00e3o de C\u00e2mara do passado dia 15 de novembro &#8211; vai manter o valor das taxas e impostos praticados em 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 o caso do Imposto Municipal sobre Im\u00f3veis (IMI), que depois de quatro redu\u00e7\u00f5es ao longo dos \u00faltimos oito anos, se vai manter no valor de 0,35% para pr\u00e9dios urbanos (era de 0,38% em 2020) e no valor de 0,8% para pr\u00e9dios r\u00fasticos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Munic\u00edpio de Faro vai manter igualmente, face a 2021, um apoio significativo \u00e0s fam\u00edlias com filhos a cargo. Assim, as fam\u00edlias com um filho pagam menos 20 euros de IMI, enquanto as fam\u00edlias com dois filhos pagam menos 40 euros e aquelas com tr\u00eas ou mais filhos a cargo pagam menos 70 euros deste imposto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tal como tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 aconteceu em 2021, o Munic\u00edpio de Faro volta a aplicar em 2022 uma taxa reduzida de derrama de 0,01% para as empresas com um volume de neg\u00f3cios no ano anterior que n\u00e3o ultrapasse os 150 mil euros, uma medida que se estima que represente uma inje\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de meio milh\u00e3o de euros para apoio \u00e0 tesouraria das pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas do concelho.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1 para as empresas que obtenham um volume de neg\u00f3cios acima dos 150 mil euros, mant\u00e9m-se em 2022 a taxa normal de derrama de 1,5% sobre o lucro tribut\u00e1vel sujeito e n\u00e3o isento de IRC gerado no concelho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Assembleia Municipal de Faro aprovou no dia 23 de novembro o pacote fiscal para o ano de 2022.
