Estamos em contagem decrescente para a segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o do festival gastron\u00f3mico Arrebita Portim\u00e3o! \u00c9 j\u00e1 este fim-de-semana, nos dias 21 e 22 de agosto, entre as 18h e as 22h30, que a Pra\u00e7a da Rep\u00fablica, em Portim\u00e3o, recebe mais de 30 renomados chefs vindos de todo o pa\u00eds.\u00a0Estes s\u00e3o alguns dos\u00a0highlights<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A MELHOR GASTRONOMIA LOCAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os sabores do mar e da serra d\u00e3o o mote para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos mais deliciosos e originais pratos de street food. Entre sugest\u00f5es de carne e peixe, op\u00e7\u00f5es vegetarianas e gulosas sobremesas, s\u00e3o muitas as alternativas para os apreciadores da melhor gastronomia alternativa… sempre com um twist de chef!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em cada dia ser\u00e3o 12 os pratos \u00e0 escolha, como \u00e9 o caso das Alm\u00f4ndegas de caldeirada e molho X\u00f3 (muxama, presunto, katsuobushi e Moscatel) dos chefs Hugo Brito e Artur Gomes, do Taco vegetal de tomate cora\u00e7\u00e3o de boi das castelhanas e sardinha assada, de Jo\u00e3o Oliveira (chef do \u00fanico restaurante com estrela Michelin de Portim\u00e3o, o Vista), ou da surpreendente sobremesa do chef pasteleiro Carlos Fernandes, \u201cIsto n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma tarte de am\u00eandoas e figo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SANGUE NOVO E NOMES CONSAGRADOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como tem vindo a ser h\u00e1bito, o Arrebita proporciona uma oportunidade \u00fanica para conhecer o que de melhor se faz em Portugal a n\u00edvel gastron\u00f3mico. No mesmo recinto estar\u00e3o reunidos nomes consagrados da gastronomia portuguesa, como Marlene Vieira, Andr\u00e9 Magalh\u00e3es, Jo\u00e3o Oliveira ou Am\u00e9rico dos Santos, mas tamb\u00e9m muitos jovens respons\u00e1veis por alguns dos mais entusiasmantes novos projetos do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O casal Rita Gama e Tom\u00e1s Rocha (Bistro Bicho Mau, Lisboa), a dupla Jo\u00e3o Narigueta e Filipe Rebocho (H\u00edbrido, \u00c9vora), o pasteleiro Carlos Fernandes ou os chefs Hugo Candeias (The Art Gate e Of\u00edcio) e Pedro de Sousa (Sr. Lisboa) s\u00e3o alguns dos jovens que v\u00eam a Portim\u00e3o mostrar a vitalidade da nova gastronomia portuguesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Portim\u00e3o v\u00eam Jo\u00e3o Oliveira, Marco Morais (F) e Jo\u00e3o Marreiros (Loki), do Carvoeiro Jos\u00e9 Lopes (Bon Bon), de Faro Jo\u00e3o Viegas (Check In) e Rui Sequeira (Alameda), de Loul\u00e9 Leandro Ara\u00fajo (Cafezique), de V.N. Cacela Rui Silvestre (Vistas Rui Silvestre) e de Lagos Louis Anjos e Ricardo Luz (Al Sud).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIN\u00c2MICA NAS LOJAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal como aconteceu no ano passado, os chefs ir\u00e3o cozinhar a partir de todo o tipo de lojas (barbearias, lojas de doces, papelarias, entre outras). No entanto, este ano as lojas ser\u00e3o convidadas a assumir um papel ativo no festival. Como? Haver\u00e1 tattoos feitas ao vivo e at\u00e9 cabeleireiros a pintar o cabelo de forma ousada. No final, haver\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m oferta de descontos para quem quiser regressar a determinada loja no futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEGURAN\u00c7A AO AR LIVRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com ponto de partida na Pra\u00e7a da Rep\u00fablica (Alameda), o percurso do Arrebita Portim\u00e3o faz-se sempre ao ar livre… Ou n\u00e3o fosse o Algarve conhecido pelas melhores noites de ver\u00e3o do pa\u00eds. Para garantir a seguran\u00e7a do p\u00fablico e staff, a entrada no recinto \u00e9 controlada, sendo obrigat\u00f3rio o uso de m\u00e1scara e a dist\u00e2ncia de seguran\u00e7a de 1,5 metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
